Getting Here
After arriving at Tan Son Nhat Airport in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), you’ll continue by shuttle through the eastern part of the city toward Phan Rang (about a 4.5-hour drive). The connecting airports for flights from Central Europe are usually Dubai, Bangkok, Doha, or Abu Dhabi. Our tour operator, Retter – Sports, will work with you to create the ideal itinerary.
Accommodations
Small to medium-sized bungalows right on the beach! Each accommodation features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private terrace with an ocean view. A completely private stretch of beach reserved exclusively for guests. Phi and his team have created a beautiful spot in this huge lagoon where kitesurfers from all over the world come together to have an amazing time.
Meals
À la carte breakfast right at the spot. Phi’s Kiteschool has integrated a small but excellent dining area into its facilities. This means meals are available throughout the day for a small fee. In the evenings, we occasionally organize BBQs on the beach, or we go out for dinner at nearby restaurants and beach bars.
Kite Trip to Vietnam
Wake up, have breakfast right at the spot, and go kitesurfing! You’re in for 2–4 weeks of pure action! The reliable thermals, combined with occasional tropical Pacific low-pressure systems, bring us winds that can be very strong at times—and behind the sandbar, big, great waves! The downwind runs near Phan Rang are legendary! Out of a total of 25 km, nearly 20 km of clean waves perfect for jumping and an enchanting landscape accompany you. Simply unforgettable! Break your own height record while jumping, perfect those tricks you’ve always wanted to learn, or get your first taste of riding the waves. Vietnam definitely offers the perfect conditions for it. In partnership with Phi’s Kiteschool, we’ll ensure your safety and plenty of fun in the kitesurfing mecca of Phan Rang. This experience is perfect for everyone from complete beginners to absolute pros!
