Getting Here

After a pleasant, short flight—for example, 2 hours and 30 minutes from Vienna—we land at Rhodes Airport. We then take a taxi (approx. €20) to our accommodations (about a 15-minute ride). We’d be happy to help you arrange your trip! If you have any questions about flights, airport transfers, or anything else, please feel free to contact us.

Accommodations

The Hotel Sabine is just a 4-minute walk from our spot and is situated on a lush, green property with its own restaurant, bar, and pool. The rooms are airy and bright, with balconies—some offering ocean views. The friendly staff at the front desk, along with a mini-market in the hotel lobby, are available 24 hours a day.

Meals

Breakfast is included at the hotel. It’s a classic breakfast buffet with a cereal station, cakes and sweet pastries, eggs, cheese and cold cuts, fruits and vegetables, and, of course, plenty of feta and olives. At lunchtime, food is usually ordered to the beach. You can really have almost anything delivered to the kite school: fresh fruit or smoothies, iced coffee, pita gyros, club sandwiches, burgers, poke bowls, and much more.
In the evening, we usually dine at a truly authentic Greek taverna.

Kite Camp

From beginner courses to jump training and/or foil courses—we offer a customized selection of courses for every skill level.
Thanks to a relaxed instructor-to-student ratio and the consistently reliable thermals, rapid learning success is guaranteed. The kitesurfing course is tailored to your progress without any time pressure. The focus of this camp is definitely on the hoped-for strong-wind days and the water depth at the spot. Together, these factors create the perfect setup for advanced big-air training. The water depth also provides a great opportunity to learn or improve your kite foiling skills.

Spot guiding is often the highlight of school trips. Thanks to our excellent connections at this unique kitesurfing spot, we’re sure to have everything we need. In collaboration with “Surfin Bird Rhodes”— https://surfingbird.gr – we provide safety at the spot and unforgettable activities such as trips to other spots on the island, cliff jumping, beach parties at Surfin Bird, cultural excursions in Rhodes City, and much more!

"A" Package

Would you like to come along but don't want to participate in the kite camp? No problem—just "join in"! This package includes equipment rental for the entire week.

You can plan your day however you like and take part in workshops and other activities (such as trips to other spots or other events). We’ll guide you through a relaxing stay at Surfin Bird Theologus (minimum VDWS Level 5 or equivalent = able to walk confidently on the slopes).
